4. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your ARVÈNE piece.
If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Include all original packaging, pouches, and cards
• Be returned within 14 days from delivery
Please note: For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
Shipping costs paid at purchase are non-refundable, and all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (may be waived in case of damage, defects, or wrong item received).

By tagging @arvenejewelry, using campaign hashtags, or providing ARVÈNE with user-generated content (“Content”), you grant ARVÈNE a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, and share that Content across all marketing channels, including our website, social media, emails, and advertisements.
You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to share such Content, and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.
